The ZEN NEST complex consists of three independent stone-built maisonettes – Perdika, Chrysaetos, and Petritis – each covering 178 sq.m. and featuring its own plot, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.
The accommodations are located on the outskirts of the mountainous village of Kernitsa, the cherry village of Achaia, at an altitude of 900 meters, amidst cherry, walnut, and fir trees, as well as vineyards. Across the horizon, the imposing mountains of Central Greece stand out, while the view of the Corinthian Gulf extends endlessly. The unique panoramic view of both the mountains and the sea creates a magical setting that captivates and changes with every season. ZEN NEST’s privileged location is only 20 minutes from Pounta Beach, 20 minutes from Kalavryta, and 40 minutes from the Chelmos Ski Center.

Chrysaetos comfortably accommodates 7 to 9 guests, offering the perfect space for families or groups.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with a fireplace, TV, WC, and a terrace for relaxing moments. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
The first floor features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, large wardrobes, and a full bathroom. The floor balcony houses a two-person heated jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing moments with unlimited views.
The spacious wooden loft includes a double bed, a comfortable single sofa bed, and a WC, offering comfort, warmth, and tranquility.
The lower level, with direct access to the garden and abundant natural light, includes a second kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and TV, a large sofa, an additional double-bed sofa, and a full bathroom with shower.
The garden features an open-air patio with a monastic-style table and benches, perfect for family meals and relaxing in nature. The house offers private parking for one car, while there is also a large stone-paved shared parking area for all residences in the complex.
